Post-movie reception in the courtyard, where the survivors presented Chris Massarotti with a plaque that was a replica of the BAP Pacocha.
Chris met Vice-President Giampietri. He also met with a mother and two widows of men who died in the accident. These women were the mother of Roca, the widow of Grande, and the widow of Captain Nieva.
Admiral Darcourt had the courtyard decorated with artifacts of the BAP Pacocha, including a torpedo, a divers suit (used in the rescue), the hatch that Captain Nieva closed, and various pictures.
Coverage of the events was supplied by Abbie Steinbrueck on behalf of Kidinspire Inc. The newspaper "El Comercial" and the Peruvian Naval press corp also supplied coverage.
A story would appear in the Sunday edition of "El Comercial".
